I ate here while staying at the hotel – I was travelling on business at the time. The cost seemed comparable to Japanese food at home (in NZ) – I am not sure how it compared to Malaysian prices. The restaurant had a calm but welcome ambience. I was thrilled that they had a vegetarian section on the menu with several choices. I enjoyed my bento box and found it very filling. I’d happily dine here again if I am back at the Marriot.”
“Good food with friendly hostess. I have been a regular customer to this Japanese restaurant but have yet to review it. Its time to write a few words about it.
I like the buffet spread for the weekend dinner – all the shashimi are fresh and quick to replenish. The rest of the usual Japanese fare are good too – tempanyaki, tempura etc.
They have some speciality every week on rotation – so even a regular customer like me won’t feel disappointed.
The staff are friendly and attentive – especially the 2 senior ones – Mark and Jason – who will lead me to my regular table and bring out my usual white wine to pair with the Japanese food.
Overall, I will definitely recommend friends and family members or even tourist to this place which is half way between city centre and KLIA”
